What I'm doing between questions: reading RSS feeds

1:00 in the children's room
  • [phone] Call for director from Board President [yay]
  • [phone] Call for director from library in consortium to which she's moving [I think]
  • Keys for bathroom, for cleaning
  • Children's librarian comes out to show me that among the Summer Reading Prizes were several tattoos that have a vaguely "Asian" character on them and say (in English) "SEXY" [thanks, Oriental Trading Company, for including that with puppies, bunnies and unicorns...]
  • Keys are back
  • [phone] "Reference Desk please" [transfer]
Which, if averaged, shows an average of 10 minutes between each event. Yawn.

    The brilliance that is Oriental Trading Company brought us, a few years back, a two-headed dinosaur--in a bag of plastic "real animals" toys.

    You clean your bathroom keys? That's comprehensive, dude.

    Well, no--I do wipe the 3 x 10" fobs off occasionally. :P

    OTC--fun times. Quality control may not be their forte.
